Mr. George Kenich is Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng), Harvard University Graduated, with a professional experience reflects over 35 years (UAE – Saudi Arabia – Qatar – UK etc) of leading International Organizations in the field of Sustainable Infrastructure – Smart & Green Development at a Multilanguage / Multicultural competitive environment.
Managed and Directed the UAE State own “ALDAR PJSC” with a portfolio of USD 200B for MEGA Developments, contributed and achieving Abu Dhabi’s Economic vision 2030. Succeeded a strategic growth of the ALDAR’s operations resulting in 5 years CAGR of 35%.
Managed and Directed many landmark MEGA, multi billion International projects worldwide (i.e. Yas Island (Including Ferrari World, F1 race track, water world, Warner Bros theme park, Mega yachts marinas, Hotels, infrastructure, etc) a $56b mixed development in Abu Dhabi, Al Raha a $16b mixed Development in Abu Dhabi, Qatar metro, Motorworld in Abu Dhabi, Qatar Airport, Kapsarc in Saudi Arabia, Al Seer Development in Saudi Arabia, Masdar City, Four Seasons Hotel Development in Qatar, West Bay Development in Qatar, Dubai tram and many other important landmark developments around the globe
